If you wish to delete your Auto ProCare account and associated data, please contact us using either of the following methods:

WhatsApp
Send a message to 0308-8556444 with your registered mobile number and a request to delete your account.

Phone Call
Call us at 051-4431111 or 051-6123588 and request account deletion. Our team will verify your identity and process the request.

What Gets Deleted
Upon verification, we will delete the following data associated with your account:
• Name and mobile number
• Vehicle profile(s) and service history
• Booking records and appointment history
• Vehicle health reports and diagnostic data

Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days of verification.

Data We May Retain
We may retain limited information (such as transaction records) for a reasonable period where required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes, even after account deletion.
